The Law Offices of Moga & Hurley is dedicated to injury related law. Our practice is limited to Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability Social Security SSI and Personal Injury.

Mr. Hurley is licensed to practice before all courts in California including the Courts of Appeal and the California Supreme Court. He is practices before the United States District Court and is licensed to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Hurely is Specialist certified by the State Bar of California in Workers' Compensation. He is a member of the California Applicant's Attorneys Association and the national Organization of Social Security Representatives.
